There is a corruption in application.DB file(very large size), which is the internal DB of the Safend agent. This is a known issue from Safend agent version 3.4.9866 that was partially fixed in version 9884 and should not occur often.
Our R&D team is working on a permanent fix, and this should be fixed in our next release.
The solution as of now is to uninstall and then re-install Safend agent 9884 which should solve the issue.
Please uninstall agent build 3.4.9884 (completely uninstall, not upgrade over) and then reinstall a newer agent build (3.4.9970.5).
This will make sure the issue doesn't resurface.
