WebSMS_Gateway new HTTP2 for Apple Push Service.

Supported Version:
SecurEnvoy 9.4.X

MUST BE USING WINDOWS SERVER OS 2016 OR ABOVE.

Fixes:
1. Provides new functionality for HTTP2 library for Apple Push Service.
2. Provides extra debug logging within websms_gateway debugs.

Files:
- websms_gateway.exe
- readme.txt

Installation:
1. Stop SecurEnvoy WebSMS Gateway Service.
2. Copy websms_gateway.exe to WebSMSGateway directory C:\Program Files (x86)\SecurEnvoy\Security Server\WebSMSGateway (backup the old file first by moving to an altrnative directory)
3. Match permissions to file that is being replaced.
4. Restart WebSMS Gateway Service.
3. Run speedup.bat (elevated/administrative mode) in \Program Files (x86)\SecurEnvoy\Security Server.
